Sidney Reilly, International Man of Mystery
Born in Imperial Russia as Georgi Rosenblum, Reilly (aka “The Ace of Spies”) is considered the first “Super-Spy” of the twentieth-century.  Working primarily for the British, Reilly had a very successful career stealing schematics, using women to garner intel, and in sabotage.  Ian Fleming would use Reilly’s career as his model for James Bond.  Even Bond’s relationship with women is modeled after Reilly, who was married to (at least) four women and was captured and executed after seducing the wrong woman.  The British Government had a hell of time dealing with the two women who were married to Reilly at the time of his death.
